I take on empty or underperforming homes for Northamptonshire landlords and run them as professionally managed short-term lets. Guests, cleaning, maintenance and listings are mine to handle. The income is yours.
This is usually for one of two situations
A tenancy ending, and no appetite to re-let the traditional way.
Or a property standing empty in a slow market, costing you every month.
Model one
I set the property up and then run everything: guest communication, cleaning, maintenance and continual listing optimisation. You pay a management fee plus a share of bookings, and you keep the upside when demand is high.
Best if you want to retain the earning potential of peak periods.
Model two
I take the property on at a fixed monthly rent, cover all running costs, and run it myself as a short-term let. Your income’s guaranteed and your involvement is none.
Best if you want certainty and a property entirely off your hands.
The record so far
I’m Chris, and I run every property personally. I come from software, so the operation is built to run itself: scheduling, pricing and guest handling are automated where automation is better, and handled by a small network of cleaners and maintenance people I’ve worked with for years where it isn’t.
I know Northampton and the market here. My flagship property sits in NN1, opposite the racecourse, and I work across Northamptonshire.
I’m based in London, and that property holds Superhost status. That’s rather the point: if it runs hands-off for me, it runs hands-off for you.
Cleaning teams I’ve used for years, held to a fixed standard between every stay.
Maintenance people I’ve vetted myself, so small faults are fixed before a guest notices them.
Listing and pricing reviewed continually by me against local demand.
Genuinely hands-off. Most owners hear from me once a month.
